In this free lunchtime talk at The Pinhook in downtown Durham, renowned saxophonist, bandleader, and Durham resident Branford Marsalis joins Duke Performances executive director Aaron Greenwald for a conversation about the evolution of the tenor saxophone in jazz — from Coleman Hawkins and Lester Young to Sonny Rollins, John Coltrane, and beyond.
