Nasher Museum Auditorium

2001 Campus Drive
Durham, NC 27705

The Nasher Museum of Art, designed by architect Rafael Viñoly, was opened in 2005. The focal point of the modernist building is its great hall, with a 13,000-square-foot glass-and-steel roof rising to a height of forty-five feet. Opening off of the great hall is the Museum’s auditorium, an elegant wood-lined lecture hall with raked seating for 175. A fully accessible building, the Nasher Museum of Art is located near West Campus, across the street from Duke’s new Rubenstein Arts Center, set to open in spring 2018.
